Angie Avard Turner Law, LLC, is a boutique law firm through which you may obtain legal services and advice.

NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Your interaction with Angie Avard Turner Law, LLC website in any capacity does not form such a relationship.  Attorney-client relationship shall only be formed with the execution of the appropriate engagement letter.  This engagement letter shall be sent via the law firm's secure client portal.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

You acknowledge that once legal services are rendered, regardless of the outcome, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.  All transactions are final.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with, and governed in all respects by, the laws of the State of Georgia.  Any dispute between the parties concerning this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts for the City of Pelham, Georgia.  Angie Avard Turner Law, LLC, reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without notice to You.  Again, it is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to use and periodically throughout your use of Angie Avard Turner Law, LLC.​
